  • Herzlich Willkommen bei den Konsolen-Senioren!

    Wir sind eine deutschsprachige Community, die Spielern über 30 Jahren seit 2007 ein Zuhause im Internet bietet, in dem sie sich mit gleichgesinnten und erwachsenen Spielern über ihr Hobby austauschen und zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten verabreden können.

    Entstanden aus den Xbox-Senioren (früher: XBL-Senioren) und den PSN-Senioren bieten wir mittlerweile eine konsolenübergreifende Diskussions- und Verabredungsplattform, bei der das respektvolle Miteinander und der Spaß am Hobby im Vordergrund stehen.

    Neben konsolenspezifischen Unterforen und Multiplattform-Spielethreads bieten wir auch eine Retro-Ecke und einen Bereich, in dem sich für die immer größer werdende Anzahl Spielen, die Cross-Plattform-Play unterstützen, verabredet werden kann.

    Egal, ob Du einfach nur über Spiele diskutieren möchtest, Dich mit anderen Spielern verabredet willst oder einfach nur Deine Spielerfahrungen mit anderen teilen möchtest, bist Du bei uns herzlich willkommen.

    Natürlich kannst Du auch einfach weiter passiv bei uns mitlesen, aber warum schnappst Du Dir nicht einfach Deine Tastatur, registrierst Dich bei uns und gestaltest die Community durch Deine Teilnahme aktiv mit?

Aber immerhin ist endlich der NieR 15th Anniversary Trailer zur Anniversary Exhibition: Unerasable Records veröffentlicht. Die Ausstellung wurde glaube ich letzten Sommer eröffnet.

Pearl Abyss has given all employees a special bonus of 5 million won per person. The bonus was set to commemorate the sale of 5 million copies of Crimson Desert. The bonus was distributed equally to all employees without differentiation.

On this day, Pearl Abyss CEO Heo Jin-young announced internally:
"I express deep respect and gratitude for the hard work of each and every one of you who created a result that the world is enthusiastic about, and we are awarding a bonus to all employees to celebrate achieving 5 million sales."

He added, "Our journey does not end here. The potential we confirmed today will be the strongest driving force to overcome any challenges we face in the future," explaining the intent.

The total number of employees at Pearl Abyss stood at 733 as of the end of last year, based on business reports. The total amount of bonuses paid on the 23rd is approximately 3.7 billion won.

The last time Pearl Abyss provided special incentives to employees was in 2023, when about 8 billion won was distributed. At that time, payments were differentiated based on individual performance in years when profits were achieved. Afterward, as the company's business entered a downturn, no incentives were provided.

This bonus is separate from profit-based annual performance pay and was given to all employees. In early 2027, separate profit-based incentives are expected to be distributed based on the scale of profits achieved in 2026.

Previously, NCSoft celebrated the success of Aion 2 and the company's turnaround by granting company shares to employees. It is understood that many employees received 10 shares each, with some receiving as many as 30 shares. Based on the minimum distribution standard, this amounts to about 2200 USD per person.
